Oh... the things you can do with Hawaiian Sweet Rolls....

So, I've been completely SWAMPED with stuff this month!! And I'm STILL not done! Will I ever be? I sure HOPE NOT!! Busy means I have work. Work means I don't have to go back full time to the day job. *g* I'm livin' the dream and happy of it!

Anyway, I decided to take a break and post a recipe. (How fitting that I'm currently being dive-bombed by a gnat!)

This is something I'll definitely be trying this year.

Christmas Morning Monkey Bread

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray.
Step 2
Mix cinnamon and granulated sugar in a small bowl.
Step 3
Cut each dinner roll into 4-6 pieces. Place in a large bowl.
Step 4
Pour egg over the bread and toss with your hands.
Step 5
Pour cinnamon sugar over egg/bread mixture and toss with your hands.
Step 6
Place bread mixture in the prepared pan. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the bread mixture.
Step 7
Stir melted butter and brown sugar together and pour evenly over the mixture in the pan.
Step 8
Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 9
Cool slightly in pan.
Step 10
Run a knife around the edges and around the center of the pan to release the monkey bread.
Step 11
Place an upside down plate over the top of the pan and invert the pan to serve.
